Student FAQs

Q: How do I enroll my child?

A: Please complete the Student Registration Form in the menu under “Students” or click on the “Student Registration” button on the home page. Once you complete the form, our team will find a tutor that matches your needs, and a tutor will then reach out!

Q: How do you ensure my child is paired with a qualified tutor?

A: When tutors apply, we ask them to submit their GPA and their experience with tutoring/teaching to ensure that they are qualified to tutor for our organization. If there are any problems with a tutor, we ask that you email us so we can remedy the issue.

Q: What is the fee per tutoring session? Are there fees for your other services?

A: There is no fee for any of our services.

Q: How long does it take to get paired with a tutor?

A: Once you are approved and we can see that you accessed your account, we will begin to look for a tutor that fits your requests. We pair on a first come first serve basis, so this may take up to a couple of weeks to receive your match. It’s the tutor’s responsibility to contact you within 48 hours of receiving the email.
