As the Director of Curriculum, you will be expected to commit 3-5 hours per week, work with our Vice President to lead a team of curriculum managers, create example lesson plans for tutors, answer any questions that tutors have regarding lesson planning, research online resources that tutors can use during their sessions, and attend monthly board and management team meetings.

Requirements: 

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in education (elementary education, special education, education policy, secondary education, etc.) 
• High school diploma 
• Experience in lesson planning, teaching/tutoring, and team management 
• Proficiency in Google Workspace
