As a recruitment director, you will be responsible for overseeing our Handshake account to promote our leadership opportunities. Other responsibilities through the handshake platform include communicating with the schools we are connected with, looking into career fairs, and meeting with potential candidates to discuss the organization’s mission and leadership opportunities. Your goal will be to increase awareness of our organization on the Handshake platforma and increase the number of individuals in leadership roles.
